Case Studies
Sanitary Sewer
Our team successfully replaced 6,700 feet of 30” gravity sewer for a sanitary sewer district in the greater Indianapolis area. The project required multiple directional drills, jack and bore with steel casing, a large outfall structure, multiple temporary bypass pumping arrangements, multiple street closures, and traffic control.
Senior Living
Our team performed the earthwork and underground utility construction for a new 5-acre senior living center in Indianapolis. The project required temporary construction dewatering, raising one end of the site nearly 8 ft, lime stabilization, construction of a large stormwater detention basin, and preparation of all sub-grades. Using GPS modeling ahead of earthwork, our team was able to value engineer significant savings for the owner.
Downtown Apartments
Our team performed the earthwork and utility construction for a new mixed-use apartment complex in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. In addition to standard storm, sanitary and water work, the project required the relocation of an existing IPL duct-bank, five large underground stormwater detention systems and excavation for two large rain gardens.
Retail Marketplace
Our team was contracted to deliver the grading and underground utility plans for a new retail marketplace in the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area. The project included the construction a large off-site sanitary sewer main, the installation of underground stormwater separation systems, storm, sanitary and water systems, and grading for the entire site.
RV Campground & Resort
In beautiful southern Indiana our team performed a 4-phase expansion of an existing campground nestled between woods and lakes. The project consisted of selective demolition, earthwork, finish grading, subsurface drains, paving and landscaping.
Residential Development
Located on the northwestern edge of the greater Indianapolis metro area, our team performed the land improvement for a new residential development, including stormwater, sanitary sewer, watermain, mass excavation, subgrade preparation for roads and right-of-ways, building pads and finish grading.
